Why Join HFHE?
Holy Family Home Educators is a homeschooling support group for the greater Tucson area and Southern Arizona. Members are homeschooling families who seek to follow Jesus Christ in a Catholic Christian way of life. We express our Catholic faith in social, educational, and religious activities.
We welcome those of different Christian faiths to consider joining us in our homeschooling journey.
You are invited to experience the expressions of faith of our member families with the understanding that the mission of HFHE is profoundly Catholic.
Mission
Formed in 1992 and incorporated in 1996, Holy Family Home Educators has this primary mission:
HFHE exists to provide strength, unity and confidence to all who endeavor to live a Catholic way of life in union with the Magisterium of Holy Mother Church, as admonished by Scripture:
"Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, just as you also are doing." 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Lasting Friendships
What about socialization? In HFHE, children make friends at early ages and across age gaps. Many friendships have continued into adulthood because of the common experiences and shared faith.
